For 15 years I struggled with all of the cyclical symptoms, period and pelvic pain, pms, bloating, depression, anxiety, hormonal imbalances mood swings and more. It controlled pretty much every aspect of my life.

Like so many, I spent years being at war with my own body and struggling to understand the messages it was sending, desperate to find balance, but only meeting resistance. I couldn't find peace with myself, and the weight of this disconnection was all-consuming.
