Long before I had the training or the language, I was already doing some version of this work.


Fifteen years of going into the depths of myself, the cycle work, the shadow work, the unlearning, the returning.

Every part of my life has shaped me for this. It is, without question, the work I was born for.


Sacred Flow exists because women deserve more than the world usually gives them. More care. More depth. More space to soften, to be held, to unravel and come back to yourself.
