The focus is on slowing the system down, softening areas of tension, and supporting the nervous system to shift out of overactivity.

 

Using warm oil and steady, considered pressure, the body is supported to gradually release layers of tightness that tend to accumulate through daily stress and busyness.

 

Attention is given to areas that commonly carry load - neck, shoulders, hips, lower back, scalp, and face to allow these places to soften and decompress.
