This is not a force-the-knots-out kind of massage session.

My work is slow, intuitive and deeply nurturing. 
Instead of forcing the body to release, I work with it.

Using flowing Kahuna techniques, Reiki and intuitive touch, this conscious style of massage gives the body space to soften, unwind, and settle.

Your body holds so much: stress, emotion, expectations, the parts of life you don’t always have space to process. 

These sessions provide a safe container to soften, and help things to release naturally.
