The way your child experiences their first period creates a foundation for how they’ll understand their own worth, power, and value as a cyclical being for the rest of their life. This circle is a beautiful, gentle space where they’ll feel safe to explore, ask questions, and learn how to truly care for themselves as they grow.
First 15 minutes upon arrival
Mothers/carers will join their daughters for the first 15 minutes to help them settle into the space and get comfortable. You’ll light a candle together to symbolise the start of the ceremony and…
