First Moon Circle | Mother & Daughter Event
A meaningful, empowering alternative to traditional period education. Gathering in a circle to receive knowledge and tools so they can start their periods and puberty with ease. Featuring craft, product play, conversations, and a special mother / daughter celebration. This is for ages 9-12.

About the event
The way your child experiences their first period creates a foundation for how they’ll understand their own worth, power, and value as a cyclical being for the rest of their life. This circle is a beautiful, gentle space where they’ll feel safe to explore, ask questions, and learn how to truly care for themselves as they grow.
First 15 minutes upon arrival
Mothers/Carer's will join their daughters for the first 15 minutes to help them settle into the space and get comfortable. You’ll light a candle together to symbolise the start of the ceremony and do some introductions. Before mums leave for the children-only section of the circle, we’ll do some light breathing exercises to help ease any nerves.
First half of the circle- 1.5hrs
