Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your Reiki session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur the full session fee, as this time is held especially for you. Thank you for respecting this boundary and helping me honour everyone’s time and care. By booking a Reiki session, you agree that all information you’ve provided is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge. This information is collected for safety purposes and will remain confidential unless written consent is given. You understand that Reiki is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical care. You acknowledge that your wellbeing before, during, and after the session is your responsibility, and you receive this treatment voluntarily, accepting any potential risks. Your practitioner is not qualified to diagnose or offer medical advice. You confirm that you’ve disclosed any relevant medical conditions or injuries and will update your practitioner if anything changes. If you experience discomfort at any time during the session, please let your practitioner know immediately. You understand that all treatments are non-sexual in nature. You understand that your personal or health information will only be shared with your consent or if required by law. By proceeding with this service, you release your practitioner from any liability, claims, or damages related to your treatment experience. You’re encouraged to ask questions at any point before, during, or after your session.
